Q. How much will you pay me?
A. Prices are based on weight and purity.
The higher the gold content, the higher the value.

Q. How do I use GoldPaq?
A. The Process is Simple
Fill out our online form above or call us at 1-877-465-3720 to order your GoldPaq.
Your Paq will contain the following items:
1. A coded form with your unique tracking number and bar code identifier
2. A heavy duty plastic bag
3. A pre-printed mailing label
4. A Tyvek® envelope for secure shipment
Place your gold items in the plastic bag and drop your GoldPaq in the mail. We’ve taken care of your postage, no matter how heavy the envelope is.

Q. Is GoldPaq free?
A. Yes. 100% Free.
Not only is the GoldPaq free, we will also insure your contents up to $100.00 as described in our Terms and Conditions
There is no obligation, and in the event you are unsatisfied with the payment we will return your items at our cost.
Q. What if my GoldPaq containing items gets lost?
A. Your GoldPaq is insured while traveling via the U.S. Mail.
The insurance maximum per GoldPaq is $100.00 as described in our Terms and Conditions.
You can track your GoldPaq at any time using our handy TraqPaq service.
*Our customers are urged to insure their items themselves if they are worth more than our maximum insurance.
Q. What if I’m sending valuable or bulky items?

Q. How do I know when you receive my GoldPaq?
A. You can always track the status of your GoldPaq and payment via our website.
If you want personalized assistance please contact us or call us toll free at 1-877-465-3720.
*Please be advised that the U.S. Postal Service may take up to 7 days to deliver your GoldPaq to us and to deliver our payment to you.
Q. What do you mean by payment within 24 hours?
A. We’ll send your check within 24-hours of receiving your items.
If you don’t want to wait that long, sign the QuickCash voucher in your Paq and we’ll deposit the money directly to your bank account.
Q. What is the quickest way to get paid?
A. You could potentially be paid by the next day.
Use our FastTrack self service option (Powered by FedEx®) then print the QuickCash voucher.
We also offer overnight courier services.
Q. What if I am unhappy with your payment and want my items back?
A. GoldPaq holds your items for 10 days after we send your check.
If you are not satisfied with your payment, let us know and we’ll send your items back at our expense.
