The market price of gold is measured in troy ounces.

When we buy your gold from you we do it based on a unit of measurement called pennyweight (dwt).

There are 20 dwt in a troy ounce

We price your gold and platinum by determining their purity and weight in dwt.

If you want to measure the dwt of your own gold, one dwt is equal to 1.55 grams

Here’s How You Get Paid

2. Use our FastTrack service to print your own label and take it to your nearest FedEx® location for shipping right away. Once we receive your items, we’ll appraise them and mail you a check within 24 hours.

3. Fill out our form or call us at 1-877-465-3720 for your GoldPaq™, when you receive your Paq fill out the enclosed QuickCash voucher and we’ll deposit your payment to whichever bank account you choose.

4. The old fashioned method, fill out or form or call us and we’ll send your GoldPaq™, enclose your items and mail it back to us. We’ll appraise your items and get you a check within a day of receiving your Paq.

In-house Appraisers

Appraising is done in-house and we only employ trained, certified appraisers to establish fair market value for recycling.

We itemize the purity, weight and payout for each item so you know what you are selling and how much it’s worth.

An accurate appraisal helps us by determining which refinery will recycle your gold most efficiently, and helps you by getting you the best value for your items.

Recycled Gold Market Rates

Unless we are evaluating your fine jewelry our prices are based on the Recycled Gold Market, and sadly we’re not important enough to have control over those rates just yet.
